Nationalist Party Leader Bernard Grech said it is wonderful to once more see students gathered together on the University campus where besides achieving their academic abilities they can also experience the best time of their lives.
Dr Grech stated this at the end of his visit to University students who are buy organising Freshers’ Week.
A PN statement said that while he was touring the various stands mounted by the students and companies including that of the Popular European Party Group, the students explained to Dr Grech about their work including activities to bring about better socialisation.
Accompanied by the PN Spokesperson for Education, Clyde Puli, General Election candidate Bernice Bonello, and members of the Moviment Żgħażagħ Partit Nazzjonalista and Timstart, the PN Leader reminded the Party’s work that education should be given priority to enable all to advance.
Bernard Grech said that even he, as a father, in past recent months had felt emotional that his children could not physically attend lectures and therefore the decisions taken by authorities should keep students in mind.
