Customs officers at the Freeport have identified four containers with four vehicles stolen in Canada and en route to Abu Dhabi.
The Customs Department said in a statement that the vehicles are two Jeep pick-ups, a Mercedes and a Ford pick-up.
It was stated that through the use of scanning equipment the officers managed to identify the stolen vehicles which were being transported in four 40-foot containers.
The Customs officers informed the Canadian authorities about the find, and the Police are investigating the case.
This is the third haul of stolen vehicles within just a week and a half. A total of twelve stolen vehicles have been identified.
