Last Friday, an adult flamingo sought refuge from the strong wind that blew over the Maltese islands.
BirdLife Malta said that after the killing of the four flamingos at Qawra Point, which shocked many, now the public could enjoy an example of this species in the Għadira nature reserve.
The Association said that since it arrived, the flamingo has been eating and resting in the reserve, and is enchanting all who see it with the beauty of nature.
In fact, there were many photography enthusiasts who captured wonderful images of this creature over the weekend.
